Dee oversees customer and supplier opportunities from fulfilment to customer delivery and satisfaction. Additionally, she handles invoices, credit memos, maintains customer accounting files and communicates with customers for payment. She reconciles disputes and verifies potential customers' credit worthiness for trading terms.

Fun Fact: Dee has to have HP brown sauce on her potatoes!

Global Fulfillment Manager

As the fulfilment department supervisor, Barb carries out all the duties associated with fulfilling our customers orders. This includes daily liaison with customers, suppliers and internal departments. Barb also handles export trade and compliance matters.
